On completion of project we can coordinate with the developer and on basis of authority letter from client we can take possession from developer and check that all documentation including original receipts, possession letter, car parking letter, OC etc has been handed over against receipt of payment by the developer. The apartment is inspected as per checklist as provided by developer. If any faulty equipment or faulty material is detected it is brought to the notice of the owner and the developer and the possession is deferred to another date where a detailed reinspection will be held again before taking possession.
